I left my ginger cheezecake recipe 1,200 miles away (a torn dripped dripped-on yellow legal-pad sheet with list of ingredients and that’s it) and found your site, and it’s perfect. Thanks. Also, try cardamon instead of cinnamon sometime in banana bread.
