I use this recipe and I love it. I loved spinich dip..until I came across this one..now the other recipe doesnt even comepare! I usually stir a bunch of shreaded mozzeralla into the mixture and also sprinkle some on top before baking. It’s good with pieces of crusty bread, tortilla chips, or wheat thins. I make it in a casserole dish and serve it in that. I usually pop it back in the oven half way through a party. If I come to a party without this dip my friends get VERY upset

Hi Pete. Thank you so much for this recipe. I have been looking for days for a recipe for spinach artichoke dip. I have come across hundreds of them but, did not like the ingredients. I made one that was so horrible and dry. My whole family hated it. I am trying to find one closes to the one from Applebees. This one looks like it. I am going to try it. @Amy – you certainly can prepare the dip ahead of time and refrigerate it until you want to serve it. You can heat it back up in the oven or even the microwave if you’re in a hurry.

Just wondering if it is possible to prepare this ahead of time and refrigerate and then cook just before serving or does it all need to be done at the same time? Thanks!

That is a lovely recipe! If you had the time it would be even more amazing with fresh artichokes but they are a massive pain in the ass to prep! Love your Bio also BTW about spening all you money on flour butter and sugar! Keep up the good work!
