		<description>I&#039;ve read in other books that you put the pan right on the stone and tried it myself and it worked fine.  Also, the unfinished side of the marble has worked out great for me.</description>

		<description>OK, but what about bread you have put in loaf pans to rise.  You can&#039;t take it out without ruining the loaf, so do you put the pan on a rack above the stone or?  Is it best to just make round loaves and use a peel to transfer them to the oven?

		<description>I looked today for unglazed quarry tiles. Only found slate ones. Found them at a company that does stonework. Is slate okay to use? I noticed that some pizza stones are made of soapstone so am researching those.</description>
