i&#039;ve never had trouble with the almond paste, but i&#039;m having a real tough time with the dough. I&#039;ve made it more than once, and each time the dough comes out very very soft and loose that i cant handle well, even after chilling over night.

what do you think i&#039;m doing wrong?

Come to find out, I have the cook book you mentioned, however didn&#039;t know this recipe was in it.  The author of the cookbook is from mpls too.  It&#039;s a great cookbook.  I believe she&#039;s coming out with one that more whole wheat based recipes.</description>
