I baked them as large muffins instead of bread so I could just pull one out and eat for breakfast. I only baked them for about 20 minutes in extra large muffin tins. I finally made this today. I used 1 cup of yogurt in place of the butter. Maybe I should have only used half a cup. I also added nutmeg, cloves, ginger, and cardamom to the cinnamon; I know - overload. Either way, the bread is cooling now. I'm sure it's going to be yummy because it smells soooo divine!
